1. Who we are

Clipack is a web tool that helps Etsy sellers and digital creators automatically pack their clipart and digital files into ZIP archives that fit platform size limits (like Etsy's 20MB limit). See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

2. How the service works

Your files never leave your browser. All file processing happens entirely on your device using client-side technology. We do not upload, store, or have access to your files.

• Files are processed locally in your browser using JavaScript
• ZIP archives are created on your device
• No file data is transmitted to our servers
• We only track usage statistics (number of packs created), not file contents

3. Accounts

• An email address is required for registration and authentication
• You may also sign in using Google OAuth
• You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure
• You must comply with applicable laws when using the Service

4. Usage limits

• New users receive a grace period with unlimited packing
• After the grace period, free accounts have weekly pack limits
• Premium subscriptions may offer higher or unlimited usage
• Usage limits reset weekly

5. Purchases & billing

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store card numbers.
• Purchase records (item, amount, timestamps) are kept for accounting and compliance
• Refunds: Unless stated otherwise, purchases are final where permitted by law. If something goes wrong, contact [email protected]

6. Intellectual property

You own your files. Since all file processing happens in your browser and we never access your files, you retain full ownership and rights to all content you process using Clipack.

Clipack and its interface, design, and code are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service without permission.

7. Acceptable use

• Don't reverse engineer, interfere with security, or disrupt the Service
• Don't attempt to bypass usage limits or abuse the system
• Don't use automated tools to access the Service without permission

8. Warranty disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clipack is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that archive creation will be error-free or that output files will meet specific requirements.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clipack and its owners, officers, and employees won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid to Clipack in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

10. Changes & termination

We may change or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms and will notify users of significant changes.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
